• Available values: 200 SAR – 400 SAR – 600 SAR

• Usage: The gift card is valid for a single use only and cannot be used across multiple orders.

• Minimum order value: Equal to or higher than the card value. (We recommend setting the minimum equal to the card value to ensure full use.)

• Validity period: 24 months.

• How to use: Enter the card code on the checkout page to redeem the balance.

Policies

• The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Multiple gift cards cannot be combined in a single purchase.

• The gift card cannot be used for more than one purchase.

• If the total order amount is less than the card value, the difference cannot be refunded in cash or credit.

• If the total order amount exceeds the card value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

• The gift card is valid only on the DUNEUS online store.
