Can I change the pickup address?
Yes, you can do this in two ways. Either before we have processed the delivery from our
warehouse by sending us an email to support@duneus.com OR by contacting the shipping
company if the product was already left our warehouse.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes a maximum of 14 working days both for within Saudi Arabia and the overseas.
Can I change my order details?
Yes, but before your ordered product exits from our warehouse.
How can I get a refund if I cancel an order or if I want a return and in how many days?
Once we receive the product as per your email request and return of the product and
inspection of the product from our side, we will return the amount to your account as per
the payment method you have used while ordering the product within 14 working days.
