Shipping cost in Saudi Arabia
The shipping fee is SAR 28 on orders less than 500 SR.
Free shipping on orders values more than 500 SR.

From within Riyadh: in 24 hours
Main cities of KSA: 2-3 days
Rest of KSA: 5-7 days

Orders registered after 1 pm KSA time will be started on the next working day. –
Shipping destinations
- Orders can only be shipped within the country where you shop. You cannot ship to anywhere outside this country. For example, if you are shopping in Saudi Arabia online, you can only ship to areas within Saudi Arabia only.
- Important information about delivery
- For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon receipt of the shipment. –
- Once the receipt of the order is signed, the product is no longer under the responsibility of Duneus –
- The manual uses the approximate duration of delivery starting from the moment the order is sent. Downs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or any other reasons beyond Duneus control.
- If you want to return products, customers must log in first, then go to the (My Account) page, then (return) and then send a return request within 3 days of receiving the order. As for guest users, a request must be sent via the order tracking page within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If your order has already been confirmed, then you will not be able to modify it or change your address.
- If you want to cancel your order, log in to your account and then go to the (My Orders) page. For guest users, go to the (order tracking) page. You can cancel your order until the moment you receive an e-mail notification that the products have been processed and shipped to the address you specified. If the products have been sent, your order can no longer be canceled.
